Our story began in 1979, when founder Alvin Charles Jr. learned construction under his grandfather’s guidance. In 2000, he launched his first home improvement company, and by 2008, expanded into Lynn Charles Group, LLC as a licensed residential and commercial builder.

In 2017, his wife Tarsha Lynn joined as managing partner and Licensed Realtor, helping to shape the company’s vision and oversee day-to-day operations.

Together, Alvin and Tarsha lead Lynn Charles Homes with a commitment to building lasting homes, spaces, and relationships.
